Senior chemical engineer and engineering manager for Hewlett-Packard for 24 years, working in manufacturing development of integrated circuits. Then senior devops software engineer for 14 years for HP and a couple mid-size startups. Now retired.
I was raised Catholic and have some Protestant background, though more spiritual than religious. Moderately well read in psychology, philosophy, and world religions.
Politically I'm right of center and moderate.
